​Reservations / Deposits

The greater of one nights room and tax or 50% deposit is required at booking. Please be advised that online bookings charge 50% automatically and we will charge the balance of one night reservations manually. Confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. We regret that deposits and payment will not be refunded on early departures. 


Cancellation

DIRECT RATE: Rooms & Suites: There is a $75 cancellation fee. Deposits on all rooms and suites will be refunded when cancellation notice is received no less than 14 days prior to arrival. Credit good toward a future stay at the Hotel Maria will be issued for reservations cancelled no less than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation notice received less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit. Seascape Suite:  There is a $75 cancellation fee.  Reservations canceled 90 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded minus the fee. Resort credit will be issued to guests canceling between 90 and 30 days of arrival. Deposits are forfeited on reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival. No Shows, or guests failing to check in before midnight of the arrival date will forfeit their deposit.

PLAN-AHEAD RATE: at least 120 days in advance and receive a 15% discount off of your stay. Stay must be paid in full, is non refundable, non changeable/transferable and may not be combined with other offers.

PRE-PAY RATE: Pay in full in advance and save 5%. Stay must be paid in full, is non refundable, non changeable/transferable and may not be combined with other offers


Day Visitors

Only guests included in the room reservation may use the facilities and be on the property. Unfortunately we can no longer accept daily visitors. All guests included in the room reservation must have their Hotel Maria wristband on their person at all times to identify themselves as a registered hotel guest.


Parking

1 complimentary parking space is provided for all rooms, and 2 spaces are provided for Seascape Suites. We regret that due to limited space, we may not always be able to accommodate additional vehicles. If you anticipate the need for additional parking, please contact us to make arrangements prior to your arrival. There will be an additional charge per day for each extra vehicle.


Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. for rooms.  The Seascape Suite check in time is 5:00 pm.  Registered guests are invited to enjoy the facilities prior to check in time and after check out. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests checking in must be 21 or older.


Smoking

Smoking is prohibited on The Hotel Maria property. If there was evidence of smoking in your room or balcony, you will be charged $500 for cleaning of the unit.


Pets

We regret that pets are not permitted.    We do not allow Emotional support animals.  Only Service animals allowed.


Bicycles

Bicycles are signed out on a first come first serve basis and can be used for up to three hours at a time.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is provided on all rooms and suites at no additional fee.
