Our comfortable 392-square-foot corner king room is furnished with a Simmons Beautyrest Westbury Plush King bed and Queen Luonto sleeper sofa. With windows on two sides, this 3rd floor corner unit has sweeping views of the ocean, Winnapaug Pond and the Misquamicut State Beach Pavilion.

Our comfortable 392-square-foot king rooms are furnished with a Simmons Beautyrest Westbury Plush King bed. With windows facing east towards the Winnapaug Pond and the Misquamicut State Beach Pavilion, this 3rd floor corner unit has a partial pond and partial ocean view from the balcony.

The State Beach Pavilion suite has arguably the most prime location in all of Misquamicut. Think of it as a super deluxe lifeguard tower with a sight line from Watch Hill to Weekapaug and all points in between.

Our 285-square-foot cafe queens offers two Simmons Beautyrest Westbury Plush Queen beds with a petite but efficient bathroom with glass shower. This room faces west and has an indirect ocean view.
Cafe King
Recently renovated for 2022, our 320-square-foot Cafe King Suite offers one Simmons Beautyrest Westbury Plush King bed and brand new bathroom. With windows on the south and west, you’ll have ocean views from two sides. Enjoy the fresh ocean air and views from the two chairs right out in front of your room.
Cafe Queen Suite
Our 450-square-foot re-imagined Cafe Queen Suite offers a master bedroom with a Simmons Beautyrest Westbury Plush Queen bed, a living room with a comfy sectional Queen sleeper sofa bed and a twin bed in a separate sleeping area. Renovated in 2021.
